September 12, 2016
Each year during September, Coburg comes alive for the Coburg Carnivale. This spectacular showcase of colour and culture brings performance, art and music to central Coburg over five days. Coburg Carnivale has something for everyone!
On from 21-25 September as part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival, Coburg Carnivale is being revamped in 2016 to include a unique performance venue, The Little Palais, as well as a pop up park and bar. Open day and night, you can enjoy interactive artworks and games, see a show, or pull up a stool under the festival lights, grab a bite and settle in for the evening. A spread of roving performances, pop up art installations and workshops will complement a ticketed program of performance and music for all ages, to create a welcoming and engaging environment for locals and community members from afar.
Presented by Moreland City Council with support from the Coburg Traders’ Association and Coburg Lager.
